All items in this Shop are listed as an "Offer to Treat" and Sales are not finalised until the item is dispatched. I, the Seller, reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time before this stage. If you place an order, I, the Seller, am not obliged to accept that order and the Contract between Buyer and Seller will only be formed if, and when, I accept your order. My acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding Contract between you and I only will take place when I, the Seller, dispatch the goods to you (the Buyer). Up until this point, there will be no Contract in place between you and I, which means that neither you nor I will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.

We, Heritage Nomadic Art Gallery, re the Data Controllers of your personal information as it relates to my on-line shop www.turkishrug.com. When you place an order, we will receive the Name, Delivery Address and email Address from the Order as entered into the website. We will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
If you send me a message using info@turkishrug.com, we will receive your User Name and email Address. The only circumstances in which we will share your data are to process your order or comply with any legal regulations / requirements / requests.
Use of Personal Data
We will never use or pass on your information to Third Parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
The circumstances in which I may share your personal data are:
• With Postal Services or Courier/Delivery companies to fulfil your order.

Retention of Personal Data
• We will retain your personal details for as long as necessary in order to process your transaction
• We will securely store any data collected during that period.
• We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for 6 years. After this time, We will delete your data from my records.
